Martha’s Table: Real Estate Advisory

Senior strategic real estate advisor to leadership of Martha’s Table, a DC-based non-profit that works to build a better future for children, their families and their neighbors in DC. JFW Consulting is providing advisory and project management services to Martha’s Table including the planning of the new Martha’s Table Center (“The Commons”) that will expand their full range of programs to a new facility in Ward 8. Responsibilities include structuring of relationship and agreements, and supervising program, design activity, and entitlements process.
