George Mason University: Mason Inn Conference Center and Hotel

Structured and executed a Public Private Partnership procurement for the delivery of a 135,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art hotel and conference center on George Mason University's Fairfax Campus. Over a four year period, helped George Mason University refine its vision, procure and deliver a LEED - Gold certified building that met its unique programatic and institutional goals. Project elements included: concept refinement; procurement management; project management; and owner’s representative services from design through construction and operational start-up.
